Katarzyna is a solicitor based out of London helping small and large enterprises to protect their valuable Intellectual Property Assets in the UK and across Europe. With over 10 years of experience in the legal industry she has acquired comprehensive knowledge on trademark and patent prosecution in various jurisdictions, including the US, UK, EU, China, India, Middle East, Latin America and RPA.

She has closely worked with trademark and patent attorneys across the world which has helped her understand challenges clients face in various corners of the world. Consequently, she has been using this knowledge to strategize client’s IP portfolios and has been advising them on growing them in the optimal manner.
She has also gained valuable experience in contract and litigation law, enabling her to consult and assist clients in matters related to protection of their IP assets. In addition her keen interest in technology and related products enables her to better understand complex client requirements and advice suitably.

Katarzyna has graduated her LL.B from the University of Law, London (Hons) and has a Masters in Law from the University of Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski, Warsaw, Poland (Hons). In recognition of her academic achievements she had been sponsored a semester at the Technical University, Dresden, Germany to gain further expertise in EU and German law. She is currently a member of the SRA and is authorised to act in English and Welsh senior courts as well as in front of the UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO) and European Union Trademark and Design Office (OHIM – Office of Harmonization for Internal Market).
She has been active in developing further knowledge and practice on Intellectual Property laws, including attending various events, conferences and workshops. She is currently completing her trademark and patent attorney qualifications in Poland enabling her to represent clients directly in the CEER Region.
